Refund policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. If you are not 100% satisfied with your in-store or on-line purchase, you can return the items to Pic-A-Pet. 

Simply bring back the item with your receipt. The item must be in perfect condition with all the tags still intact. If your return is accepted a gift card will be issued immediately.
